We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Most of our Loveable linens are machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low to maintain fabric integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged during transit, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
